HOW TO USE THE MEMAC CHAIN STRAP WRENCH ？
1、Place the smooth side of chain next to the work piece.
2、Loop chain around work piece.Pass loop thru yoke and pull tight.
3、When tight-ening,seat pawl squarely in a chain notch.
4、Tighten by turning handle until chain grips tight.
5、To ratchet,push forward lightly on handle.
6、To remove from work,lift handle and pull chain back through yoke.
